At the end of the 1990s we began researching how to improve the controlled atmosphere with ULO formulae, introducing the SWINGLOS® patent in 2008.
SWINGLOS® is a dynamic atmosphere that takes storage technology to the cutting edge, obtaining results unimaginable in the past: with respect to traditional ULO, SWINGLOS® prevents scald, maintains firmness, contrasts internal browning and maintains the organoleptic properties, making the fruit wholesome, healthy and organic.
Constant, methodological and systems research since filing the patent has allowed us to fine tune the SWINGLOS® method to make it safe and reliable, besides allowing for easy management by making it completely automated.
